Terms and Conditions – LemFi Ramadan Campaign (UK to Tanzania) - February-March 2026

Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the LemFi Ramadan Campaign (the "Campaign" or "Promotion"). Pomelo Technology US Inc. "LemFi", (together with all subsidiaries thereof, the "Company", "we", "us", "LemFi", interchangeably) may offer promotional programs or incentives for users of its services. Any bonuses or incentives under such promotional programs are subject to these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms & Conditions"), as available and amended at our sole discretion.

By participating in the LemFi Ramadan Campaign (the "Ramadan Campaign" or the "Promotion"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and in its sole discretion, without prior notice, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the Campaign or these terms. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFi Terms and Conditions.

Promotion: The "Ramadan Campaign" is a limited-time prize draw where eligible LemFi users can win 550,000 Tanzania Shillings (TZS) for a loved one by completing a qualifying transfer to Tanzania.

Prize: 550,000 TZS sent directly to the winner's designated recipient in Tanzania. A total of 8 prizes will be awarded throughout the campaign period.

Promotion Period: 17th February 2026 to 19th March 2026.

Winner Selection: 2 winners will be randomly selected each week during the campaign period (Weeks 1-4). Winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during each respective week.

Referral Code: Not applicable to this promotion.

Participant: Existing LemFi customers based in the UK who meet the eligibility criteria.

Valid LemFi Account: An account that is verified, unrestricted, and not flagged for fraud or abuse. Users must comply with LemFi's User Agreement.

1. LemFi Ramadan Campaign

You may participate in this Campaign from 17th February 2026 to 19th March 2026 until the Campaign is terminated, withdrawn, suspended or modified by LemFi.

2. Eligibility to Participate

• This campaign is open to all LemFi users aged 18 years and above.
• Participants must reside in the UK, have a fully verified LemFi account and comply with all LemFi's standard terms of service.
• Be selected by LemFi based on prior usage activity and receive a direct communication regarding this promotion.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
• LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.

3. Types of Prizes/Awards

• A total of 8 prizes will be awarded during the campaign period.
• Each prize consists of 550,000 Tanzania Shillings (TZS) sent directly to the winner's designated recipient in Tanzania.
• 2 winners will be randomly selected each week for 4 weeks during the Promotion Period.

4. How to Enter the Prize Draw

Participants must:

• Send £300 or more in a single transfer to Tanzania during the Promotion Period (17th February 2026 to 19th March 2026).
• Each qualifying transfer of £300 or more constitutes one entry into the weekly prize draw.
• Multiple qualifying transfers will result in multiple entries, increasing the chance of winning.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be randomly selected each week from all eligible entries received during that week.
• Winners will be notified via email and/or in-app notification within 7 working days after each weekly draw.
• Winners must respond to the notification within 14 days and provide valid recipient details in Tanzania for the prize transfer.
• If a winner fails to respond within 14 days or provides invalid recipient information, LemFi reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Conditions Applicable to Participants, Prizes, Winnings

• Participants must comply with LemFi's User Agreement and applicable laws.
• Transfers must be completed and settled during the Promotion Period to qualify as entries.
• Only eligible transactions qualify for entry into the prize draw.
• LemFi reserves the right to disqualify participants based on fraudulent activity or account irregularities.
• The prize (550,000 TZS) will be transferred directly to the recipient in Tanzania as specified by the winner.
• Winners are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of recipient information provided.

7. Restrictions Applicable to Prizes, Awards, Winning

• A maximum of one prize per Participant during the entire campaign period.
• If a participant is selected as a winner in one week, they will be excluded from subsequent weekly draws.
• Prizes will be transferred to the designated recipient in Tanzania within 14 working days after winner verification and confirmation of recipient details.
• Participants must not be LemFi employees, affiliates, or influencers.
• Prizes are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and have no cash alternative.

8. Limits on Referrals (if applicable)

This Promotion does not include referral-based rewards or require the use of referral codes. It is based purely on individual user activity and random selection.

9. Prize Delivery and Verification

LemFi reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and winners. LemFi may require winners to provide additional documentation or information to verify their identity and eligibility before prize distribution.

LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke prizes if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.

LemFi may provide an alternate prize of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfill the prize. Prize awards are final, will not be returned, and are subject to review and verification. LemFi is not responsible and/or liable if any email, prize notifications, or Campaign-related materials or correspondence are lost, fraudulent, abusive, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, altered, defective, misdirected, tampered with, or irregular in any way or if any participant's e-mail address, Valid Account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without Participant giving prior written notice to LemFi.

The Promotion is void where prohibited or if a Participant's accounts or transactions are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, in violation of these Terms, or irregular in any other manner.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdictions, in no event shall LemFi be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from your participation in the Ramadan Campaign, including but not limited to special, indirect, incidental, punitive and/or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.2. LemFi is not responsible for any issues arising from the transfer of prizes to recipients in Tanzania, including but not limited to delays, exchange rate fluctuations, or recipient account issues.

11. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

11.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Ramadan Campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the campaign, selection of winners, prize distribution, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Campaign shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.

11.2. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during each weekly draw period.

11.3. By entering this promotion, winners consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes by LemFi without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Promotion is subject to laws of England & Wales to which the Participant and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
